2. Rider and Driver Rules

Participants must provide accurate service details, avoid fraud, and follow platform conduct requirements.

Unsafe behavior, route manipulation, harassment, or identity misuse are prohibited.

3. Safety and Reporting

Safety incidents should be reported immediately through platform channels and local emergency services when required.

Lienskill may preserve mobility event records for investigation and legal compliance.

4. Driver Verification and Revalidation

Drivers may be required to submit licensing and identity documents and periodically revalidate to maintain active status.

Incomplete, invalid, or tampered documents may result in immediate feature suspension.

5. Enforcement

Lienskill may suspend driver/rider access, restrict actions, or permanently terminate accounts for severe violations.

Repeat safety incidents can trigger automated and manual trust interventions.
