Child Protection Policy

1. Policy Statement

Lienskill maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming behavior, and any conduct that threatens or harms minors. Protecting minors is a non-negotiable platform safety requirement.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

Lienskill requires users to be at least 16 years old. Accounts suspected of underage use may be restricted, suspended, or removed pending verification and safety review.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes creating, uploading, distributing, requesting, or promoting exploitative content involving minors; predatory contact attempts; coercion; trafficking indicators; and evasion of child safety enforcement controls.

4. Reporting and Escalation

Users should report suspected violations immediately through in-product reporting tools. Reports can be submitted for platform entities such as posts, comments, stories, reels, job posts, marketplace items, learning content, events, and albums.

Child safety reports and CSAE concerns can also be sent to lienskills@gmail.com. Include links, usernames, and relevant evidence where possible.

Urgent threats should also be reported to local emergency services or child protection authorities.

5. Enforcement Actions

Confirmed or suspected violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent account termination, and preservation of relevant records for safety, legal, and law-enforcement processes.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Lienskill cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities in connection with child protection investigations and legal obligations, consistent with applicable law and process requirements.
