1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Lienskill collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data across web and mobile experiences. It applies to social, hiring, learning, marketplace, messaging, and mobility features.
Lienskill enforces a minimum account age of 16 years old. If we believe an account does not meet age requirements or violates safety rules, access may be restricted pending review.
2. Data We Collect
We collect account and profile data such as name, username, email or phone, date of birth, industry, profession, profile photos, and location fields you provide in profile setup.
We process user-generated content and communications, including posts, reels, stories, comments, messages, media attachments, reports, and moderation metadata.
For mobility features, we process pickup and dropoff details, location coordinates, saved places, driver profile fields, vehicle details, required driver documents, service request events, ratings, and safety reports.
We also collect technical and security data such as device/session diagnostics, IP and user-agent metadata in security-critical flows, and audit records needed for abuse prevention, integrity, and legal compliance.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to create and secure accounts, operate platform features, support profile contexts, deliver social and professional networking functionality, and provide customer support.
We use data for trust and safety operations, including fraud detection, abuse prevention, moderation actions, dispute review, enforcement decisions, and legal response handling.
We use relevant signals to personalize feeds, discovery, recommendations, notifications, and other product experiences, and to measure service quality and performance.
4. Location Data
Location data is processed when you use location-aware features, especially mobility and map flows. This can include precise coordinates, place text, saved places, and driver availability/location updates.
We process location data to support routing, trip records, service matching, safety operations, incident review, and dispute handling.
5. Analytics, Views, and Measurement
Lienskill uses event and impression tracking, including profile and content view analytics, to measure performance, improve relevance, detect misuse patterns, and maintain platform reliability.
7. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to operate services, enforce policies, handle disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
When a verified account deletion request is completed, the account enters pending deletion status and may remain restorable for up to 60 days before final purge processing.
Some records may be retained longer where required for fraud prevention, legal claims, child safety investigations, or other lawful obligations.
8. Security Safeguards
We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss. These include authentication controls, challenge-based security flows, moderation controls, and operational monitoring.
No system is perfectly secure. Users are responsible for keeping credentials private and notifying us promptly about suspected account compromise.
9. User Controls
Users can manage profile visibility, follow and outreach permissions, notification and messaging settings, mobility consent, and other available controls in settings.
Users can request account deletion through account settings and may restore within the applicable restore window while deletion is pending.
Requests or complaints regarding personal data can be submitted through official support channels.
