This policy governs job posting, applications, interviews, and hiring communications on Lienskill.
2. Employer Obligations
Employers must publish accurate role details, avoid deceptive hiring practices, and respect applicable labor requirements.
Compensation, location, and role status should be represented truthfully.
3. Candidate Protections
Candidates must not be asked for prohibited payments or unsafe disclosures during hiring workflows.
Suspicious recruiter behavior should be reported immediately through support/reporting flows.
4. Posting Quality and Transparency
Job posts should include role scope, location, employment type, and status with clear and non-misleading language.
Spam postings, duplicate role flooding, and fake opportunities are prohibited.
5. Enforcement
Lienskill may remove postings, limit hiring tools, or suspend accounts where policy violations are detected.
Serious offenses may trigger permanent restrictions and evidence preservation for legal processes.
