1. Scope

This policy applies to marketplace listings, product communications, and related transactions on Lienskill.

2. Seller Obligations

Sellers must provide accurate product details, pricing, and media, and must not misrepresent availability or condition.

Listings must remain current and must be updated promptly when stock/status changes.

3. Buyer Safety

Buyers should report suspicious listings and avoid off-platform conduct that bypasses trust and safety controls.

Lienskill may review interaction metadata when investigating fraud or abuse reports.

4. Listing Rules

Restricted items, unlawful offers, counterfeit goods, and abusive sales tactics are prohibited.

Deceptive bundles, hidden pricing terms, and manipulated media are also prohibited.

5. Enforcement

Lienskill may remove listings, freeze marketplace capabilities, or suspend accounts for policy non-compliance.

Repeat abuse and high-risk fraud patterns may result in permanent marketplace bans.
